5 New tricks with Botox

As well as the usual upper face treatments, there are several other annoying little lines that botox can treat.

Bunny lines –  Little lines on the sides of your nose are known as “bunny lines” and can quickly be softened with a tiny shot of botox .  Cost: £50

Smokers lines – Even if you don’t smoke, many women are prone to those annoying little lines around the mouth.  Botox softens the “pucker” smoothing lines in this area.  Cost: £50

Downturned mouth – Often as we get older the muscles start to pull down the corners of our mouth making us look “unhappy”.  Botox relaxes the muscle that pulls down leaving a more relaxed, happy look.  Cost: £100

“Dierdre neck” – Known as platysmal bands, as we get older and skin thins more, these muscles in the neck tend to become more pronounced.  Botox softens the muscles making them far less prominent.  Cost £150

“Pebble” or turned up chin – As we get older the muscle shortens in our chin, leaving a “lumpy” look or turning it upwards, particularly noticeable on a side profile.  A shot of botox in this muscle relaxes the whole area and softens and lengthens the chin again.  Cost: £100

If any of these areas concern you why not make an appointment to discuss it with Debbie, our Aesthetic specialist.
