Dermaroller – Micro-needle therapy
The Sandon Court Clinic team are really excited about their new 21st century treatment “micro-needling therapy” which offers nature a helping hand. This incredible new facial and body treatment is perceived very much like acupuncture, as it stimulates blood flow as well as having an amazing ability to naturally stimulate the body’s own collagen, ideal for acne scarring, stretch marks or general skin rejuvenation.
The treatment works really well on acne scarring and one client who has suffered for years with this has been amazed by the improvement after 3 treatments. Clients who have undergone this new treatment for skin rejuvenation have been astonished at their complexions’ reduction in crêpey wrinkles and the healthy new plumpness of their skin, and the reduction in patchy pigmentation. During the treatment, potent serums are massaged into the skin and penetrate down into the dermis where they brighten and feed the skin. So much so, that clients have reported that they receive compliments from their girlfriends on “how great” their skin is looking.

Skin Peels

Glycolic Skin Peel
Glycolic Acid is an Alpha Hydroxy Acid used to rejuvenate the skin and create a younger and firmer appearance.
It is the most popular peel for anti-aging. Glycolic Acid thoroughly exfoliates and stimulates new skin cell and collagen production, leaving skin feeling firmer and looking younger.
Alphabeta Skin Peel
Ideal for congested skin or outbreaks, with the Alpha Beta Peel, Salicylic Acid is used in conjunction with Glycolic Acid to provide an extremely effective skin exfoliation and skin peel rejuvenation treatment.
LA Peel (only available with Aesthetic Nurse)
Lactic Acid, an Alpha Hydroxy Acid, is a naturally occurring human metabolite. Lactic Acid is a non-irritating rapid exfoliator. It can be more moisturizing than Salicylic or Glycolic Acid peels and there is less potential for allergic reactions with this type of acid peel. - Lactic Acid is recommended for those with dry and / or sensitive skin
and can also be beneficial to those that have used Glycolic Acid for a long period and want to improve results.
TCA Peel (only available with Aesthetic Nurse)
The TCA (Trichloroacetic Acid) Peel, is an effective intermediate to deep peeling agent, excellent for skin rejuvenation that provides dramatic results every time. TCA peels are ideally suited for people who have undergone other peel treatments and now require a deeper peel for more effective results. TCA actively treats
surface wrinkles, superficial blemishes, and pigmentation problems. TCA can be used for face and neck.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion uses a highly controlled spray of fine crystals to remove the outer layer of skin - this action regenerates, repairs and gradually corrects blemishes on the skin, giving a uniform appearance, firmness and glow.
